SHOPMEE Reseller Terms

By registering as a SHOPMEE reseller, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of the Program

Resellers are independent individuals who promote SHOPMEE products to their own customers and add their own margin on top of the SHOPMEE base price. Resellers are not employees, partners or legal agents of SHOPMEE.

Pricing & Margin

Resellers may set their own margin — as a fixed amount or percentage — on top of the SHOPMEE base price. The final customer price must be clearly communicated to the end customer by the reseller.

Order Processing

All reseller orders are submitted to SHOPMEE via WhatsApp for confirmation and fulfillment. SHOPMEE reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

Conduct

Resellers must provide accurate customer information and must not misrepresent SHOPMEE products, pricing or delivery timelines.

Termination

SHOPMEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a reseller account for policy violations, fraudulent activity or misuse.
